That will be updated as needed, so please check this page for the latest information.<\/p>\n<h4>Date &amp; Time<\/h4>\n<p>Friday, March 21<sup>st<\/sup>, 2025, from 10:00 am (Doors open at 8:50 am)<br \/>(Graduates enter by 9:30 am)<\/p>\n<h4>Venue<\/h4>\n<p><span>Ishin -TAIKO Arena<\/span><br \/><span>(4-1-1 Ishin Memorial Park Yamaguchi)<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Eligibility<\/h4>\n<p>Students who complete Master\u2019s program, Professional Degree program and graduate from undergraduate faculty<\/p>\n<h4>Program<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Opening address<\/li>\n<li>Conferment of diploma<\/li>\n<li>Message from the president<\/li>\n<li>Message from the president of the alumni association<\/li>\n<li>Message from the current student representative<\/li>\n<li>Messages from graduating representatives of graduate schools and faculties<\/li>\n<li>Commendation<\/li>\n<li>Closing address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 1em; text-indent: -1em;\">\u203bPlease do not come by car as traffic jams are expected in the surrounding areas of the Ishin Memorial Park because of the ceremony. Free shuttle bus service between each campus and the venue is available for students and parents. Please take the time to watch the proceedings. We will announce the stream&#8217;s URL at a later date.
