The Graduation Ceremony will be held as follows.

Friday, March 21st, 2025, from 10:00 am (Doors open at 8:50 am)
(Graduates enter by 9:30 am)

Ishin -TAIKO Arena
(4-1-1 Ishin Memorial Park Yamaguchi)

Eligibility

Students who complete Master’s program, Professional Degree program and graduate from undergraduate faculty

Program

  • Opening address
  • Conferment of diploma
  • Message from the president
  • Message from the president of the alumni association
  • Message from the current student representative
  • Messages from graduating representatives of graduate schools and faculties
  • Commendation
  • Closing address

 

※Please do not come by car as traffic jams are expected in the surrounding areas of the Ishin Memorial Park because of the ceremony. Free shuttle bus service between each campus and the venue is available for students and parents. The shuttle bus schedule and stops will be announced early in March.

Shuttle bus schedule and stops in Yoshida, Kogushi and Tokiwa Campus are to be announced.

○Taxi stand at the venue is to be announced.

 

    About the Livestream

    For all those who cannot attend, a video stream of the ceremony will be shared via YouTube Live. Please take the time to watch the proceedings. We will announce the stream’s URL at a later date. The video shall be available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.
